Open Water Swimming

Open water swimming is a brilliant way to get fit, reduce stress and have fun. Everyone can get involved, and what better place to do so than in Liverpool's historic docks. 

At the minute do to the Coronavirus we have limited daily open water sessions for experienced swimmers.

Pre book only.

30 places per 1 hour session.This includes registration and safety brief.

Please arrive ready to swim and wait 2m apart by our ramp bridge for a member of staff to book you in.

You are responsible for all your kit,there will be no changing facilities or toilets available due to coronavirus.

You must exit the centre after your swim swiftly so other sessions can begin.

limited towfloats available, you can bring your own,we do have some to sell.

wetsuit hire available but please arrive 15 minutes before your session start to organise this,you can book the wetsuit on the website..

No refunds if you miss the slot or you are late.

We will be using the 500m course or 750m depending on the conditions.

Children aged 12 or over who are club swimmers can swim if a parent or reponsible guardian is onsite they must wear a wetsuit, we do have them for hire

Everyone must wear a bright coloured cap. Goggles are recommended

The water is salty and has jellyfish but they dont sting!

Please avoid coming if you have any coronavirus symptoms-high temperature,cough.
