Open water swimming is a brilliant way to get fit, reduce stress and have fun. Whether you’re a beginner or an expert you can get involved, and what better place to do so than in Liverpool's historic docks.
We have open water swimming sessions on a Wednesday evening from 5 pm to 8 pm and Sunday morning from 9 am to 10.30 am from spring to late Autumn. In the winter months we have a polar bear club who meet on a Saturday morning from 9.30am to 10.30am. Come down and give it a try everyone is welcome.
Safety is VERY important for our customers, therefore every open swimmer must sign a NOWCA (National Open Water Coaching Association) registration and you will receive a swim band for the season which costs £12. You can do this via the website www.nowca.org
